Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter into EwQIMS application
2.Select TPM Set up
3.Click on Equipments
4.Create Machine
5.click on Activity tab
6.Select Activity and click on delete
7.Now, Click on Select Activity
8.View the Deleted list of activities in the Pop up page
