1)Login as auditee
2)pick the respective audit
3)Click on the CarNO hyperlink
4)scroll down to the bottom of the page
5)click on the pin icon
6)attach the document with special character
7)place the cursor in the link click delete button from the key board
8)now click on save
9)observe the screen
