Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.GO to DOc pro
3.Click on Pending requests tab
4.It shows the count as 2
5.Click on refresh button in right side
6.Check the count in left side

This seems to be not an big issue, since the Document is in conversion this is not in our control, Look in to this issue if any customer requests.
