Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to Ewqims
2.GO to Doc Pro Module
3.Click on Documents->Documents->Select Level
4.In TOC page click on any one document and click on View Document and don't close the documet
5.Open any Excel sheet and perform Copy and paste, observe the result

This is working as per the customer requirement, If a protected document page is opened no cut/copy/paste will not work in windows itself.
