Steps To Reproduce:
1)login to module as admin
2)create a planned audit
3)create a actual audit from the plan for the next full year (2019)
4)the status of the audit will be tentative with deadline violated
5)navigate to month view
6)select start date and end date and route
7)click on submit
8)observe the screen

Description
The audit which is created from the plan for the next full year is not listing in the month view publish.
1)When the date is selected a day before the actual date and submitted the audit is listing in month view.
2)again selected the actual date in the start date field and submit this time the audit will list
