Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to Ewqims application
2)Go To DocPro module
3)In Position based route add 3 users
4)Documents->New Document Request-select all the 3 users as mandatory
5.Logout from the application and again login with different user and under action approve the document
6.Logout from the application
7.Login to the EWQIMS application who has request the document goto action and observe the result
