Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Audit pro Module Admin.
2. Go to Setup page.
3. Click on Entity menu.
4. Right click on the entity name for which the user is having rights.
5. Observe the screen

Description

In entity page, the user is having rights only for a particular site, but able to create parent Entity for that.

Note: User is having rights only for PPT2, but able to create parent entity for that site which is wrong.
