I am trying to upload image from my local in aquapro document it show error msg

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to Aquapro document
2. Click main in aquapro menu.
3. select any PI item and choose any document >Insert Logo header in AQuapro.
4.click logo header>Edit image webdialog box appear->select Add a new imae document click browser ~~>choose image~~>click ok
5.Observe result.
