In job requirements page, after changing to any of the available theme, the Position list is getting overlapped in the header of the following field.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to preference page in suite, and change to orange theme.
3. Logout and login as same user.
4. Go to competency tab.
5. Click on the Job requirements page and observe the screen.

Description

1. In job requirements page, after changing to any of the available theme, the Position list is getting overlapped in the header of the following field.
2. Also the Competency Evaluation is displaying in Green colour, that needs to be in Theme colour.
