Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as Admin
2. Click on "Business Rules" link from menu
3. Click on New button
4. Enter the activity name by using | Symbol
5. Click on Save button
6. Click on Vision, Mission, Values & Quality Policy link from menu
7. Click on "Attach" button on newly added policy statement

Description

Vision, Mission, Values & Quality Policy -> The Attach button is not responding for newly added activity.

Note: The activity name has been created by the admin by using | symbol. (Ex - Competition-int'| )
