1)Login to EWQIMS application
2)Select APQP Module
3)Click on Setup tab
4)Click on Business Rule menu
5)Click on change management pillar
6)Observe the result

This issue got closed. when Docpro Route is set then charter publish will follow the Docpro Route but When Pillar Route is set it will not follow the pillar approval Routing.

The numbering format will reflect only after the publish of project charter.(by default it will display zero.)
