Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on meetings hyperlink from activities tab
3. Click on any one existing meeting hyperlink
4. Click on add button under "Proposal Plan" tab
5. Select proposal which is not having estimated date
6. Observe the result

Description

Meetings-> Proposal Tab-> The estimated date field displaying "1/1/1900"

Note: The related proposal does not have any estimated date. (Date is not assigned by the administrator in improvement proposal screen)
