1)login to module as admin
2)create audit type
3)create audit program
4)in assign audit type and form screen
5)map audit type and audit program by selecting the cell
6)right click on the respective cell
7)assign online form by entering form name,form type as "online",
8)click on add
9)donot select any of the checkpoint in online form and close the window
10)observe the screen
