Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Navigate to Problem solver module
3.Click on Setup →Teams
4.Create team with users with same site
5.Create a new concern
6.In actions→Concern initial evaluation
7.click on concern and select team
8.Observe result
9.Refer screenshot

Observation : Current team details are not listed in other sites when user tries to select team in concern form , but team details are available in
Setup→Teams

Expected : Current team details should be displayed when user selects team in cocnern form

Note: Team details and users belong to same site
