1.Login to Ewqims
2.Create a user in PPT1
3.Add the user in PPT1 group
4.Login as that user
5.Click on new document request
6.PPT1 site is not displayed

Description

Multi Site: New document request sites are not displayed when the PPT1 site user has group access in PPT2 site(Only when the default rights are not changed)

Newly Created folder : By default the rights for a new document are Attach and view history. When a user request for a new document, the site is not displayed since the default right is not set properly.
