Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS as requester who s having request rights for existing document
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on documents
4.Select the level which has Module auto approval and with level owner(or assign by admin route and select autoapproval by admin)
5.Right click on the selected document
6.Click on change request button
7.Login as admin and assign author for the change request
8.Attach the document
9.Then the document is not going for level owner approval
