closedAssign Author functionality is not working(doc needs rev should go to the assigned author, rather its goin to the requester itself)

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to Ewqims as requester say REQA
2.Go to DOc pro
3.Click on New document request
4.Select the level which has request rights
5.Request the document say docA
6.Click on administrator actions
7.Click on Assign author
8.Assign the author as say AdminA
9.Click on actions
10.The logged in user reqA should not have access to attach the document for the requested doc docA, rather it shows docA for reqA and the reqA can attach the document
