1.Log in EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Select site as corporate
4.Click on Problem solver setup → Categories
5.Click on add and enter name and code
6.Click on save
7.Select diffrent site
8.Click on Problem solver setup → Categories
9.Select the inherited category from corp
10.Click on delete
11.Create the same category name with diffrent category code
12.Observe : old category code is restored from corp
