Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to module as scheduler
2)Create a planned audit
3)click on publish
4)select the parent level Form publish window
5)fill all the mandatory fields
6)click on publish using module auto approval
7)navigate to doc pro and expand the parent level and observe.
