Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log in EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Select site as corporate
4.Click on Problem solver setup → Categories
5.Click on add and enter name and code
6.Click on save
7.Select diffrent site
8.Click on Problem solver setup → Categories
9.Select category inherited from corp
10.Click on edit
11.Enter diffrent category name
12.Click on save
13.Select renamed category & click on delete
14.Observe result
