Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login into EWQIMS application
2)Go To APQP Module
3)Select the project
4)Click on Request Change Management
5)Fill the form
6)Submit for approval
7)Go To DocPro Action Page
8)Select the document
9)Terminate the document
10)Go To Suite
11)Select Change management tab
12)Select Change status menu
13)Observe the result
