Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Production TrackingSheet Menu
5.Select the Assigned Inspection Entry
6.Now Enter the Lot No. and Click Submit Button
7.After Submitting the Lot No. continue the Inspection
8.Now Accept the sample for 1st Characteristic, give the Date and then Reject the 2nd Characteristic
9.Observe the Results

Description

In Production TrackingSheet Menu, by giving the "NOK" for the Samples automatically the "OK" samples was changing into "NOK but the Color was in Green only" and also the date was hiding
