Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Audit type menu.
3. Create a new Audit type with Spl Character. (Eg: MP-1 & HQ).
4. Go to Audit Program page -> Audit Type mapping.
5. Add audit forms and mapp online form.
6. Click on add and observe

In Audit Program -> Audit Type mapping. if audit type name is having special character in it, while adding online form and clicking on add shows option to upload Files instead it should show Available checklist in the application

Scenario: First Add new form for "Template" from the Audit form page, and add attachment from local machine. Again add a new form for "Template" and add attachment using "Attach From Doc Pro" Option. Then view the attached file of the 2nd Form. Then add a new form for "Online Form" and click on Add, it is showing a dialogue box to attach from local, instead it should show the available checklist in the application.
