Steps To Reproduce:
1)login to module as admin
2)create a planned audit using start date and end date as mentioned in the description
3)block the last date of the planned audit publish for approval
4)now create a actual audit form the planned week as mentioned 1/08/2017 and 17/08/2017
5)click on save
6)observe the screen

create a planned audit by using start date as 6/12/2017 and 12/12/2017 and block the last week form the planned schedule and now create a actual audit by using start date as 1/08/2017 and 17/08/2017 click on save and observe the screen after save the actual audit document not able to view the planned audit blocked week.
