4)and observe the calendar

Description

Annual audit plan creation page -> The annual audit plan calendar displaying is wrong

Ex: The scheduler given start date as 31-12-2017 and end date as
31-12-2018.(Administrator settings are 1 day of week - Sunday and One week of year - 1 full week).
