Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to module as auditor
2)click on perform audit
3)raise NC and Ofi
4)submit it to auditee or publish for approval
5)login as auditee
6)click on corrective action
7)pick the respective audit and respond to nc & ofi
8)log in as auditor
9)click on corrective action close out
10)respond to ofi as verified and validated as "no" and save
11)log in as auditee and change the car approach and respond back
12)login as auditor and observe the corrective action close out screen
