1)login to module as admin(corporate)
2)click on Audit cycle
3)click on new
4)add all the mandatory fields
5)create actual audit directly setting approval process as no with confirmed status
6)now create a planned audit in same cycle
7)fill all fields in planned audit cycle
8)click on save
9)click on submit for approval
10)observe the screen
