Description

In the 'Add Probability' popup, both the 'Safety Mechanism' and 'Safety Mechanism Description' columns display the same label, which can be confusing. When manually adding a safety mechanism, the first column is actually the description, not the name of the safety mechanism. This differs from the 'Safety Mechanism' popup, where the name appears first.
