Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in aqua pro
2. Select Production item
3. Open DFMEA/PFMEA document
4. Docuble click on control methods (Preventive or detective)
5. docuble click on user page and close
6. Enter the Date
7. Observe the result

Description

when opened the user page and closed it then entered the target date, that date will be reflected in user filed

Note: same issue happen optimization also, (Target date is displayed in the action status)
