Known Issue

1.Number of revisions in the report showing wrong in terminated report, when the same document is terminated more than once

2.File type is not displayed when the doc is terminated firs time before the doc creation

3.When the deletion request or the revised document is terminated, then in the reports it should show the current revision as deletion or the rev num which is terminated
If the termination revision should display then the label current revision needs to be changed
If the label changes for terminated report is possible in document index report, then better to change the final approver label as terminated by

4.For the same document say DOC A, rev request and deletion request are terminated , then the count will take as 2 or 1
Currently it takes the count as 1, so how it should take??

5.Document owner is not displayed for deletion document
