1.Login to EWQIMS
2.Click setup and Incident setup
3.Click Define Route and Save the Default Route
4.Navigate to problem solver and Create a concern
5.Move the Concern to Problem solving
6.Publish the Documents and Login as Approver
7.Observe the Action management
