Request Needing Approval - Preview page is showing Blank. (On all the Document Formats)

- ISSUE TYPE set to NEW Due to Impact
After Fix, facing below Issue:
1.In Preview - Cover Page is not showing. 1st Page is Blank on all Document Formats
2.In Preview - PDF Documents first page is rotated
3.In Preview - HTML Document content is not showing. Its BLANK.
4.In Preview - PPT Document - Full Content is not showing. Because of that Header is getting Hidden.

RETEST:
1.In Preview - Cover Page is not showing. 1st Page is Blank on all Document Formats -- PASS
2.In Preview - PDF Documents first page is rotated -- FAIL (When Include Template is Enabled, PDF Doc's First page is Rotating. Facing this only for Particular PDF Document)
3.In Preview - HTML Document content is not showing. Its BLANK -- PASS
4.In Preview - PPT Document - Full Content is not showing. Because of that Header is getting Hidden -- PASS

this is not an issue ,it is the settings problem of the document

As per Dev Team this "PDF Documents first page is rotated" is Not an Issue. It is settings Problem of that Document.
So, Closing this Ticket.
