Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Select FSR
3.Locate two safety goal
4.Add a function and requirement against the highest asil safety goal
5.Decompose it
6.Add function and requirement against the lowest asil
7.Decompose it and reuse other decompsoed function
8.Perform add asil
9.Refresh fsr and observe

Description

Decomposed one safety goal into two or more functions, while decomposing another safety goal, reused one of the decomposed functions of other safety goal and performed add asil. Both the places it reflected correctly.
But after an FSR refresh reused functions resets to Highest ASIL value along with the HELP icon
