Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Add multiple Function branches for the VOC branch.
5. Add two Requirements for one of the functions.
6. Allocate elements for the Requirements.
7. Delete the second requirement and then delete the first requirement.
8. Observe the result.
