closedUsability issue → Records → When we change the status from "Scheduled" to "In Progress," a "Saved successfully" alert is shown. Once we close that screen, the Records screen grid still shows the status as "Scheduled" until we manually refresh the screen.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as HRpro admin
2. Go to Records
3. When we change the status from "Scheduled" to "In Progress," a "Saved successfully" alert is shown
4. Once we close that screen, the Records screen grid still shows the status as "Scheduled" until we manually refresh the screen.
