1.Login to FST
2.Select HARA
3.Add a new branch
4.Enter OS , Exposure and malfunction
5.While entering Effect , after typed the value click outside before saving it
6.Please observe

Description

After entering the Effect value, if we leave the column without saving, 'Select' appears as the value in the column, and the Severity value becomes selectable. The alert for Effect is triggered only when trying to add Controllability
