1.Login to RFD
2.Select Requirement document
3.Select one requirement and send for Review
4.Add a comment too
5.Refresh and observe

Description

1.Unable to perform Review Accept or Reject, after review performed actions reset to old status.

2.Added comment vanishes after refresh during Send for Review , count shows 0
