Step 1: Login as Approver.
Step 2: Click Audits->Actions
Step 3: Search & Open the Competency evaluation action by clicking the hyperlink.
Step 4: System will display Approve/Reject/Reassign Approval option in new tab.
Step 5: Click Approve & give comments.
Description
1. After submitted the Auditor competency evaluation - Approver was showing as Admin OMNEX. Inside also approver is showing like not selected. (Automatically assigned approver also not able to approve-showing Access denied but actions not showing once opened & click submit button)
2. Auditor Qualification Document is not listing the document.
3. Document is not opened from the Auditor competency evaluation & Docpro.
4. In General - View documents X mark & Status is still there & S.No is missing.
5. In CSR - View documents S.No & Delete Action is missing.
Added 30/April/2025 After the patch for above issues:
1. After submitted the Auditor competency evaluation - Approver was showing as Admin OMNEX. Inside also approver is showing like not selected. (Automatically assigned approver also not able to approve-showing Access denied but actions not showing once opened & click submit button) - Fixed
2. Now the selected approver only getting the action but there is no alert showing for the approver once approved & submitted. (Without any alert tab closed) - Open
3. In General Added attachments in Attach Evidence are not showing after saved & moved to CSR tab (View document icon gone). Open
4. If we submitted the Competency Evaluation without moving to CSR from General tab, then its submitted successfully but in all Document viewing areas Auditor Evaluation/Auditor Qualification Document - In General added attachment links was not listing in Attach Evidence (In Competency Evaluation inside also showing as blank in Attach Evidence column)--> Refer Sonika/a1 Corporate site. Open
5. Audit related settings & General View attachments showing No Records found. Open
6. Auditor & Admin users not getting the Auditor Qualification Document in Docpro. Open
7. In General - View documents X mark & Status is still there & S.No is missing. Not able to check (showing No records found)
8. In CSR - View documents S.No & Delete Action is missing. Fixed
9.In Submitted Auditor Competency Document - if we click the attach evidence hyperlink not getting any response. Open

Result of 19/5/25
1. In General - After deleted the added attachment - View Attachments icon is showing, when clicking that getting No records found. Not Fixed
2. After Approved Auditor Competency Document (Auditor Competency, Auditor Qualification document both in Auditpro & Docpro) - if we click the attach evidence hyperlink not getting any response (not able to view the attachment) Not Fixed
3. In Cloudqa4 - For Approver action three options are showing Approved/Reject/Reassign Approval. But in Forvia only two options are showing Approved/Reject. Is this any new change ?
4. Label issue Approver selection option - Auto Approval showing as GENAutoApproval Open
