1. Schedule an LPA Audit
2. Login as Auditor
3. Perform the Audit
4. Assign score as "No"
5. Click on the "Tick" mark before the Checkpoint description
6. Click on the NC hyperlink

Description

In the Edit NC popup, the Work Product/Version No field is showing as mandatory. For LPA customers, this field should be optional. This is causing issues by preventing form submission when it’s left empty.
