SP 11.3.2.2 Patches

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to Problem solver module
3.Click on Incidents→Actions→New concern
4.Click on new
5.Select category and sub category in concern form
6.Click on part and select part
7.Select Failure mode as DFMEA
8.Fill other mandatory fields
9.Click on submit
10.Click on Incidents→Actions→Concern initial evaluation
11.Click on the concern title
12.Select priority and fill other mandatory fields
13.Click on submit
14.Click on Initiate problem solving
15.Click on approach link displayed under View forms
16.Add action description and responsibility person in Preventive action ,close the form
17.Click on track project and project must be signed off
18.Click on root cause action item linkage in concern form
19.Link root cause and its action
20.Change project status as close
21.Click on submit
22.Login as responsibility person assigned in form
23.Navigate to aquapro
24.Click on production item
25.Select Design documents and select Design FMEA,right click and open
26.Right click on Process column and select To-do items from Problem solver
27.Select the to-do items
28.Click on OK
