1.Log into Ewqims
2.Go to problem solver
3.Click on problem solver setup →Define route
4.Click on custom route
5.Select category , sub category and priority and approver
6.Click on new , select users for approval
7.Now create a concern using same category, subcategory and priority
8.From Actions→Initial evaluation completed , publish forms
9.Add one more custom route for same category ,choose different sub category ,priority and approver
10.Create a concern for new custom route settings
11.Publish forms from Initial evaluation completed
12.Login as approver , click on actions from docpro
check for the published document
13.Observation :Published forms are not found in approver actions page
