The issues mentioned below have not been fixed. The development team has committed to fixing them in the upcoming version, so this bug is being closed in the 11.3.2.2 HF
1.View status icon: The icon color needs to change after the department/team sign-off functionality is done (currently, the color changes only after a refresh).
ISSUE: If we submit the department review, the view status icon color only changes to orange after the refresh.
2.Customer waiver approval: Let’s assume 4 users (user1, user2, user3, user4) in the customer waiver approval section, and the action item is submitted for approval. After logging in with user4 and opening the change request from the status page, the checkboxes are enabled for user4 in the customer waiver approval section, but no action item has been submitted for that user.
3.Doc Pro:
Documents → Left menu → Documents → CM main form folder publish → Select form → Navigate to Reference Attachments section → Click on view → Try to open PDF, TXT, or HTML format.
ISSUE: PDF, HTML, and TXT format files do not open through the reference attachment section.
4.Published subform in Doc Pro: While opening attachments, it says, "The revision number linked with the document is not available."
The revision number link is not clickable.
5.Set auto approval:
Set auto approval.
Initiate the change request by Aero.
Observe the approval section.
Publish the change request by Jayasurya.
Observe the approval section.
Observe log details for approval.
ISSUE:
The CR published by Jayasurya shows the approver section as Aero.
For the CN case, the request cannot be approved. When clicking the approved checkbox, the form keeps loading.
