closedPrint Log is Not Generating for Print icon from Revision History Summary, when Print PDF is clicked First (When Include Template is Enabled)

1.Login to EWQIMS
2.Click on Document menu
3.Select a Level
4.Right click on Document Number Link - Select Print PDF
5.Right click on Document Number Link - Select Revision History Summary - Click on Print icon
6.Navigate to Document Management
7.Right click on Level - Select Print Log
8.Print Log is generated only for Print PDF, not for Print icon
Description
Facing When Include Template is Enabled
1.Clicked on Print PDF First - Log Generated
For Same Doc - Click Print icon from Rev History - Now Log Not Generating for that Document. Again, if I click on Print PDF Log is Generating.
2.For a Document, if I click Print icon First from Revision History Summary, then log is generating only one Time. Second Time it's Not Generating if i again click on Print icon. From Print PDF it's working.
