3. Select the Production Item.
4. Add the failure and its effect, excluding the malfunction.
5. Refresh the page.
6. Observe the result.

System allows to add Failure directly without adding Malfunction in HARA functional Analysis page. But allowing to add in HARA page. Yet reported issue is fixed. So, closing the issue in SP 11.3.2.2.
