Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Login as Auditor.
Step 2: Perform audit->Open any VDA audit.
Step 3: Audit Report submitted->Click 3 dot menu & Click Add/Edit VDA Report.
Step 4: Enter the data which are the fields needed (Suppl. -No, D-U-N-S No, Audit Request, Department, Shift, Audit Reason, Order No., Auditor Certificate, Senior Management, Plant Management, Q-Management, Statements / Requirements / Significant Findings / Further Action, Added Product Group Assignment)
Step 5: Click Save' button
