Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to Aqua-pro.
2.Select Aqua-pro menu >click main. >select sppc-> Right click and publish document in default level.
3.Select a any production item.
4.Select Design document
5.observe result

Closing this issue as this is working in the instance 3 and was working in the previous build as well. However we will monitor this issue again in the next build as well.
