Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Login as Auditor.
Step 2: Audits->Perform audit->open the VDA audit PDCA which was submitted by Auditee after filled all actions with Date Done & Effectivity.

Description

(i) Auditee PDCA - When Clear the selected Date in Done Date I'm getting this alert 'EwQIMS : System.FormatException' & can't able to clear the date.
(ii) Auditor PDCA - If the Date done selected, without Effectivity selection system showing the Audit Close out button & allowing to Close out the audit
