Block Diagram - The Source and Target elements are placed outside the scope box. I drew an interface line from one element to the other’s child element, but the Function and Requirement were not created.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Block Diagram.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Drag and drop the elements out of the scope box.
5. Draw an interface line from the ne element to the other’s child element.
6. Select the Interface Function Matrix.
7. Observe the result.
