openItem Boundaries - Elements are not added to the Block Diagram. After navigating to Item Boundaries, able to add 'Type,' 'In Scope,' and 'Relationship' to the items for the blank branch. (Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Item boundaries.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Add the Type, In scope, and Relationship.
5. Add the elements and add the element type.
6. Delete the Element type from masters and select the Item boundaries.
7. Observe the result.

Description
- Elements are not added to the Block Diagram. After navigating to Item Boundaries, able to add 'Type,' 'In Scope,' and 'Relationship' to the items for the blank branch.
- Added a new Element Type to the Item Boundaries, navigated to the Element Type masters, and deleted that Type. However, the Type is not removed from the Item Boundaries.
