Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to checklist and create cheklist.
3. Go to Equipments page.
4. Create equipment and map checklist to that(Add 3 checklist)
5. Go to perform audit click on upload audit records and click the hyper link and observe the reault.
6. Go to Equipment page and check the number of checklist available

Description

In LPA, the assigned checklists are displaying partially only.
Scheduler has entered 3 checklists in equipments page, but in Fill checklist it shows only 1 checklist.
While gng back to equipment -> checklist mapping screen shows only 2 checklist.
